Synopex wastewater treatment system divides wastewater into two categories: domestic wastewater and industrial wastewater. These are directed through separate pipelines within the system and undergo distinct treatment methods tailored to optimize the treatment process.

Water treatment system
With 28 years of experience inherited from the parent company Synopex Group, notable water filtration systems have been implemented in Pohang - South Korea, Ciasem - Indonesia, Vietnam, and more.
Industrial filters
Synopex filters are made from various materials: polypropylene, non-woven fabric, fiberglass, PES membrane, EPTFE membrane, etc. These filters help remove over 99% of impurities, bacteria, viruses, and other contaminants.
Synotex Facemask
Synotex masks use EPTFE membrane to eliminate over 99% of harmful agents to the skin, such as UV rays, smoke, and fine dust PM2.5, providing fresh and clean air.
INDUSTRIAL WATER TREATMENT SYSTEM - SYNOPEX
“The closed filtration system, developed with a membrane designed by Synopex, effectively removes over 99% of impurities, bacteria, larvae, residual chlorine, and heavy metals from water.”
Headwater treatment system
The headwater treatment system, featuring advanced filtration technology and eco-friendly filter materials. These filter materials are typically made from natural substances such as clay, activated carbon, shale, and various types of sand and gravel.
UF Water Treatment System
UF technology (Ultrafiltration technology, AKA ultrafiltration membrane), ultrafiltration membrane is constructed from hollow fiber membranes with pore sizes ranging from 0.1 to 0.001 µm (approximately 1/5000 the size of a human hair, typically ranging from 50 to 70 µm).
Industrial Wastewater Treatment System
At Synopex, our industrial wastewater treatment system has a capacity of 4,000m³ per day. The treatment process involves an effective combination of mechanical, chemical, and biological methods, with particular emphasis on chemical treatment, accounting for up to 85% of the total system capacity.

INDUSTRIAL WATER TREATMENT SYSTEM - SYNOPEX
The headwater treatment system, featuring advanced filtration technology and eco-friendly filter materials, is an effective solution for removing impurities, sediment, odors, chemicals, and chlorine smells in water.
This system can also be reusable through backwashing to minimize waste and conserve resources.
These filter materials are typically made from natural substances such as clay, activated carbon, shale, and various types of sand and gravel. They exhibit high stability, environmentally safe, and have the capability to efficiently filter water.
This headwater treatment system also removes odors and chlorine smells in water. This is crucial for ensuring clean and safe water for human health.
Moreover, the system we design is remotely monitored and managed, reducing labor intensity and avoiding potential risks during operation.
UF technology (Ultrafiltration technology, AKA ultrafiltration membrane), is a separation technology removing pollutants from water sources through UF membranes. The ultrafiltration membrane is constructed from hollow fiber membranes with pore sizes ranging from 0.1 to 0.001 µm (approximately 1/5000 the size of a human hair, typically ranging from 50 to 70 µm).
Advantages of UF Water Treatment System:
Producing less wastewater compared to RO filtration.
Remaining the chemical properties of water thanks to uniform structure and materials.
Non-leaching materials.
Compact system design, no need for bulky construction, easy to install and operate, saving labor costs.
High mechanical durability.
Materials exhibit high chemical resistance, making UF membranes effective in filtering out chemicals.
